1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Catwalk Dropship ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Catwalk Dropship is a B2B dropshipping platform that enables UK fashion retailers to:

  • Browse and import products from approved supplier catalogues
  • Sync products to their Shopify store
  • Have orders fulfilled and shipped directly to their customers
  • Allow approved suppliers to list products, receive assigned orders, and provide dispatch tracking

3. Account Registration

Retailers access the Service by installing the Catwalk Dropship Shopify app and approving access for their store. Suppliers and authorised retailer team members may receive separate portal credentials after approval or setup from a connected store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials issued to you. You must be a registered business or sole trader to use our B2B services.

4. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store to Catwalk Dropship:

  • You authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service
  • We may suspend access if we detect misuse or policy violations

5. Product Pricing and Availability

  • Product prices are subject to change without notice
  • Stock availability is updated regularly but can change
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable
  • You set your own retail prices; we provide recommended RRP as guidance only

6. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Shipping times depend on carrier and destination
  • We provide tracking information for all shipments
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 14 days
  • Returns must be authorized through our portal
  • Card-paid order refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible
  • Wallet-paid order reversals are returned to the same wallet balance used for the original order payment
  • Customer-facing returns are your responsibility as the retailer

8. Subscription and Billing

  • Starter, Growth, and Pro are recurring fixed-price plans billed through Shopify
  • The free tier allows catalog browsing with 0 linked products
  • App subscription charges are not processed through Stripe or any off-platform checkout
  • Product and shipping costs are paid separately when orders are placed
  • Stripe is used only for merchant payments to Catwalk Dropship for product and shipping order costs
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your app subscription from the billing page
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Supplier Network and Payouts

  • Suppliers must complete approval and Stripe Connect verification before receiving transfers
  • The standard marketplace commission is 7% of the supplier product subtotal unless a different written rate is shown in the supplier portal
  • A qualified Supplier Direct relationship has 0% platform commission for that supplier's products while the referred retailer maintains an active paid app plan
  • Supplier Direct eligibility applies only to genuine new retailer relationships attributed through the supplier's link and may be rejected or revoked for duplicate, existing, self-referred, or abusive accounts
  • Payment processing or other costs shown separately in the supplier ledger may be deducted from the amount due according to the current supplier fee schedule
  • A supplier order becomes eligible for transfer only after valid dispatch and tracking details are recorded
  • Refunds, returns, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, and accounting corrections may reduce, reverse, or be offset against current or future supplier amounts
  • Suppliers are responsible for accurate product, stock, safety, tax, dispatch, and tracking information and for having the rights to all catalogue content they provide

Stripe provides connected-account onboarding, identity verification, and bank payouts. Stripe's connected account agreement and privacy terms also apply to suppliers using payouts.

10. Intellectual Property

Product images and descriptions are provided for your use on your store only. You may not redistribute our content to third parties or competing platforms.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell access to our platform
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Scrape or automated bulk download our product data
  • Misrepresent products or their origin to customers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catwalk Dropship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catwalk Dropship from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
