1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Catwalk Dropship ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Catwalk Dropship is a B2B dropshipping platform that enables UK fashion retailers to:

  • Browse and import products from our wholesale catalog
  • Sync products to their Shopify store
  • Have orders fulfilled and shipped directly to their customers

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be a registered business or sole trader to use our B2B services.

4. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store to Catwalk Dropship:

  • You authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service
  • We may suspend access if we detect misuse or policy violations

5. Product Pricing and Availability

  • Product prices are subject to change without notice
  • Stock availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed in real-time
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable
  • You set your own retail prices; we provide recommended RRP as guidance only

6. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Shipping times depend on carrier and destination
  • We provide tracking information for all shipments
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 14 days
  • Returns must be authorized through our portal
  • Refunds are processed to your account balance or original payment method
  • Customer-facing returns are your responsibility as the retailer

8. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Intellectual Property

Product images and descriptions are provided for your use on your store only. You may not redistribute our content to third parties or competing platforms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell access to our platform
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Scrape or automated bulk download our product data
  • Misrepresent products or their origin to customers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catwalk Dropship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catwalk Dropship from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
