When a customer places an order on your store, you pay the wholesale cost plus shipping. You set your own retail price and keep the difference as profit.

- How does billing work?
- There are two separate costs. Your app subscription is billed monthly through Shopify based on how many products you've published. Product and shipping costs are paid separately when customer orders come in, using your wallet balance or saved card. Stripe is used only for those product and shipping order-cost payments.
- When do paid app charges start?
- You can browse for free with 0 linked products. Paid app billing starts when you approve Shopify Billing and publish products to your store. You can remove products at any time to reduce your tier. If you remove all products, your usage tier returns to free.
- Do I need to choose a plan?
- Yes. Choose Starter, Growth, or Pro from inside the app. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime, and higher plans unlock more linked products.
- Do I need to pay for products upfront?
- No. You only pay for products when a customer places an order on your store. You can pre-fund your wallet for faster checkout, or pay per order with a saved card.
- What payment methods do you accept for orders?
- Order payments are processed via Stripe. You can save a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and optionally pre-fund a wallet balance for faster order payments. Your app subscription is not charged through Stripe.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
