Marketplace retailers
7% commission
Calculated on product value only. Normal payment processing is included in the commission, and the retailer's shipping payment is passed through to the responsible supplier.
Supplier Direct retailers
0% commission
Invite an eligible new retailer through your unique Direct link. Catwalk commission is 0% while their paid app plan remains active. The exact card processing cost is shown separately, and Catwalk currently covers standard transfer and bank payout costs.
Supplier funds become eligible after dispatch is confirmed with tracking. Stripe then moves the transfer according to the connected account's bank payout schedule.
